On the rumors of possible resignation, Manchester United’s head coach Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer commented.
“We need to believe in ourselves. Manchester United is the biggest club in the world, so this pressure is expected,” said Solskjaer at the press conference as per BBC.
“The guys are waiting for a chance to rehabilitate themselves, we are all in pain. It’s not easy to lose twice in a row, but it’s football, you have to react to such things. Champions League matches are difficult, but we gave goals to Istanbul.”
“I believe that the players will give an answer. Not so long ago we were called the best after our victories over Leipzig and PSG.”
The team lost to Istanbul in the Champions League and to Arsenal in the EPL. Man Utd now ranks 15th in the English championship standings, with 7 points after 6 matches.
