On the victory over Dortmund Borussia in the opening round of the Champions League, Lazio head coach Simone Inzaghi shared his words.
“I am very glad about how my team played with Borussia Dortmund. It was very impressive, especially live, the players show their quality. But we worked as a team and took our chances,” Simone told UEFA official website.
“Saturday’s defeat against Sampdoria was a lesson for us. Satisfied with the way the players worked, they could score even more. Anything can happen in this group. Borussia remains at the top because she has a really great team.”
