According to Skysports, Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster is on the verge of making a permanent move to Sheffield United in an arrangement of up to £23.5 m.
On provision for the 20-year-old and a buy-back provision that is available for the next three years, Liverpool will maintain a 15% sale.
On Friday in Yorkshire, Brewster will be undergoing medical treatment and will then finalize the terms before signing for Chris Wilder’s side, although it is not clear if he will be available for the Arsenal game this weekend.
In the past weeks, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa have also expressed an interest in signing Brewster.
Although Brewster netted ten goals in a six-month loan stint at Swansea in the second half of last season, Sheffield United has yet to score in the Premier League after opening three games of the season.
