Juventus ended the year on a positive note as they moved closer to the top four teams in the Italian Football League Serie A after beating Cagliari 2–0. Moise Kean and Federico Bernardeschi scored for Juventus, leaving only four points between them and fourth-placed Atalanta.

Moise Kean took the lead for Juventus in the 40th minute of the football match. In the second half, Federico Bernardeschi doubled the lead finding the net in the 83rd minute. The match score of 2-0 was constant until the final whistle. The Italy winger Bernardeschi ended a 43-match goal drought in Serie A as he drilled a shot into the far corner in the 83rd minute to celebrate his first league goal since July 26, 2020, a run of 513 days.

Massimiliano Allegri’s side can now enjoy a two-week winter break but when they return in 2022, Juve face league clashes with Napoli, AS Roma, and AC Milan in January, before facing Atalanta on Feb. 12. “It is fun when you get to these moments in the season. We have done well in the last few games but January is an important month,” Allegri told DAZN.

He added, “I would be happy to get to the end of February with this distance from the teams at the top, because between now and then we have to play all the top teams. Then they will face each other and we will have a better fixture schedule.”

Writing about football is one of my favorite things to do. As a football writer, I love the rush of being in the stadium on game day and watching all the action live. It's like no other feeling for me. I'm passionate about writing about it, but until recently I've been doing it as a hobby rather than a profession.
