San Siro’s comeback or AC Milan rule out, what’s on Thiago Silva’s mind

Thiago Silva, a central defender for Chelsea, has not ruled out returning to AC Milan before hanging up his boots for good. Before joining PSG in 2012, Thiago Silva spent three years representing AC Milan at the San Siro. He is getting ready for his first “emotional” return to the club since he departed, where he won both the Serie A and the Supercoppa Italiana during his time.

Silva told reporters, “I am really thrilled and excited to be here again 11 or 12 years after my last time” prior to Chelsea’s match with Milan. I was reminded of all the positive things I’ve done here, and tomorrow I’ll be even more enthusiastic and moved. There will be a lot of wonderful emotion.

When his contract with Chelsea expires in the summer of 2023, the Brazilian center-defender refused to rule out a return to the team as a player. I have already established my legacy at AC Milan, therefore this isn’t now the situation, he continued. If this could have happened, it ought to have done so prior to my joining Chelsea. Who knows, though; I’ll have to wait and see.

Since returning from international duty, Chelsea has won three straight games, and Silva will be hoping to make it four on October 11 against Milan.
