Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski aims to fight in 2020-21 for the Scudetto and has confessed that he can declare a new deal ‘in the next few days’.
Poland International asserts he is planning with the Partenopei and has lauded coach Gennaro Gattuso, ahead of the match against the coach’s former club Milan.
“Gattuso has a really strong charisma, just as when he was performing. He’s a tough guy, “Zielinski told Sky Sport Italia (via Football Italia).
“We’ve been talking for some time and I expect the announcement will appear in the following days.”
“I feel good here and at Napoli want to continue.”
So far this season he has scored two goals and three assists, and with Napoli on the rise under Gattuso, he expects to be back in the battle for the Scudetto next season.
“Yes, we’ve got a really good team, even if we have to see who’ll stay here. But new players are coming and we’re going to continue to be strong.”
