Pedro is anxious, hoping that Chelsea will offer him a new deal in the coming weeks.

Roma and Real Betis, including other clubs, are also keen on signing him as his contract at the Stamford Bridge is expiring by the end of June.

Apparently, Pedro agreed that he had not yet had a talk with his club officials about the possibility of extending his stay, while an agreement is thought to be improbable about

Frank Lampard’s side plan for the future.

But as the 32-year old is willing to extend his stay, he keeps hopes from the  Premier League outfit ‘for a late change of heart’, according to ESPN.

Chelsea has a rule of offering players over 30 years of age only one-year extensions, so Pedro’s two-year extend plan might not work, which is a policy to look forward to seeing them lose Willian on a free transfer.

In 18 appearances, the former Barcelona winger has scored only twice at club level this season.
