Until June 2022 Chelsea winger Pedro is set to join Roma following the current campaign and has allegedly agreed on a €3.5 m seasonal deal with an option to extend it for an additional year.

The ex Barcelona player will end the current campaign with the Blues, prior to commencing a new chapter in the Italian capital.

This season after struggling to convince coach Frank Lampard at Chelsea, the winger agreed to move to Roma, reveals Sky Sport Italia.

Journalist Nicolò Schira confirmed his arrival after the season and claims a deal worth € 3.5 million a year was handed out to the winger.

The 32-year-old has appeared only nine times this season in the Premier League but has previously helped Chelsea win the title, an FA Cup and the Europa League.

Having won five crowns from La Liga, three from Copa del Rey, and three from the League of Champions during his time with Barcelona, former international Spain moved to London in August 2015.

Writing about football is one of my favorite things to do. As a football writer, I love the rush of being in the stadium on game day and watching all the action live. It's like no other feeling for me. I'm passionate about writing about it, but until recently I've been doing it as a hobby rather than a profession.
