Lille forward Victor Osimhen rejected claims that he intended to transfer to Napoli and dismissed them as “fake news.”
He told Omasports: “It’s fake news about my deal with Napoli. Such media, who appear to be experts, confuse me. Ignore this fake news on my account, you’ll hear it directly from me when there’s an offer for my move.”
During January, Lille had initially denied interest in the forward but now the club has received multiple offers for Osimhen.
“There are several offers,” he told Mail Online. “This January transfer period we turned down one English and one Spanish request.”
