On Tuesday Premier League announced six positive coronavirus cases among 748 checks including club players and workers who conducted tests on Sunday and Monday.
Following, that night Watford has confirmed that over the past two days three individuals at the club have tested positive for coronavirus.
Among the three one is player and two are staff members, their name is unknown and now they will maintain self-isolation
The club said in a statement., “The Watford Football Club announces that three individuals have been testing positively for the Covid-19 virus during the past 48 hours after checking at the training ground.”
“Of these three positive tests, one is a player and two are staff members. All three have requested that medical confidentiality be respected and so the club will not name those involved.”
“All three will self-isolate for seven days-in keeping with the procedures set out in the rules of the Premier League before being re-tested at a later date.”
