In the Premier League, on Saturday Afternoon West Ham United would head to Newcastle United knowing that success will raise them into the third position. Newcastle United is placed 17th in the English Premier League which is six points ahead of the relegation zone, while the Hammers are standing fourth in the table. Take a look below to know all the lineups and predictions of Newcastle United vs West Ham.

Team Lineup

Newcastle United Lineup: Dubravka; Fernandez, Clark, Dummett; Murphy, Almiron, Shelvey, Longstaff, Ritchie; Saint-Maximin, Wilson

Callum Wilson will be considered for a role here as well after he recovered from injury and gave a huge boost to Newcastle from the bench in their fight to avoid relegation.

Andy Carroll would miss a reunion with his former club and won’t get the opportunity to play

Joe Willock will have to make do with a bench spot after Newcastle defeated Burnley without him.

West Ham Lineup: Fabianski; Diop, Dawson, Balbuena; Coufal, Noble, Soucek, Masuaku; Lingard, Bowen, Fornals

Once again West Ham will be without star striker Michail Antonio on Saturday, with Jarrod Bowen set to take over at the helm.

West Ham manager David Moyes switched to a back three against Leicester, but it’s unclear if he thinks it’s appropriate against Newcastle.

On West Ham’s left-wing Said Benrahma and Arthur Masuaku are competing for a starting spot. On the other hand, if Aaron Cresswell fails to validate his health, Masuaku may be expected at left-back.

Newcastle United vs West Ham Prediction

Last weekend, securing three crucial points in the relegation struggle Newcastle returned from a goal down to defeat Burnley. West Ham smashed Leicester last weekend with a 3-2 score, and now with a win over Newcastle on Saturday will have the opportunity to leapfrog the Foxes into third place. At the moment, 3-0 seems to be a precarious scoreline for West Ham.

Newcastle is still struggling for a spot at the bottom of the table, but they are saved from the imminent danger of slipping into the relegation zone, which could help West Ham. We think Hammers will only get by with a win to climb into third place in the Premier League table.

Our Prediction: Newcastle United 1-2 West Ham United

It's like no other feeling for me. I'm passionate about writing about it, but until recently I've been doing it as a hobby rather than a profession.
