Beppe Marotta, Inter CEO said that he had a ‘great friendship’ with Massimo Cellino, Brescia’s patron, but realized that the Nerazzurri had not spoken to the club regarding Sandro Tonali.
This summer, CEO Marotta regurgitated their intent to strike a foreign deal for Italy and the Rondinelle starlet was associated to a move to Inter.
He told Gianluca Di Marzio, “It’s a young player Inter want to have at our disposal next year,”. “It’s not only me who likes him, but many Italian experts.”
“We haven’t talked to Brescia yet, even if the relationship with Cellino is great.”
Marotta also declared openly the deal reached by Inter to keep Victor Moses and Alexis Sanchez until the Series A season is over.
“We have reached agreements to have them available at least until the Getafe match [in the Europa League],” he added. “It’s unthinkable that we are expected to play a competition like the Europa League and have players who may not be available.”
