Manchester United with an edgy 2-0 victory over Leicester City, has secured a third-placed position in the Premier League, and a qualification spot in the Champions League.

In the 71st-minute error-strewn game, United received a penalty in a tense, after Anthony Martial was pulled down by Wes Morgan.

With a penalty kick to Kasper Schmeichel, Bruno Fernandes coolly went the wrong way, despite having poor performance.

To verify the crucial win for United, Jonny Evans was sent off for hosts, later Jesse Lingard added a second deep into stoppage time.

At Stamford Bridge, Chelsea trashed Wolves acquiring fourth place, with Leicester losing out on qualification with fifth place in the Champions League.
