Former Barcelona striker Luis Suarez, now playing for Atletico Madrid, has made it known that he still follows the Catalan team’s games.
“I watch their matches because I love watching football and I admire the club I used to defend. I am grateful to him. I am in touch with Messi almost every day,” said Suarez to Marca.
“I know that I am loved at Barcelona. At the same time, I am very grateful for everything they have done for me there.”
“I saw the Barca game against Sociedad (6-1), it was fantastic. It was a great game. The team was very active and has some of the strongest players in the world.”
