Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has refuted claims that he has a strained relationship with manager Frank Lampard.

Prior to the coronavirus suspension, the 25-year-old was dropped to the bench for Chelsea’s new fixtures, and the Blues are allegedly looking for alternatives for the world’s most expensive shot-stopper.

Kepa is confident about his future at the Stamford Bridge under Lampard, while Bayern Munich’s Manuel Neuer and Ajax’s Andre Onana have both been listed as potential new faces between the sticks.

“The relationship with Frank is very good. He has shown me confidence from the first moment. He must make decisions, but I feel I have his confidence, both his and that of the whole club. We all like to play in every game.” Kepa said to Marca.

Kepa kept six clean sheets of 25 Premier League outings, this season.
