A three-year contract was signed by Bayern Munich for teenage winger Mamin Sanyang from Hoffenheim.
The 17-year-old forward, who shifted from the Gambia to Germany when he was 10, will play next season for the Bayern’s Under-19 team.
In the U17 Bundesliga, Sanyang scored nine goals in 19 appearances and two in the U19 division in 2019-20, with four assists.
academy manager Jochen Sauer stated, “Mamin is an extremely fast and dangerous winger. We see him as an ideal reinforcement for our Under-19 team and are very happy to be wearing the Bayern jersey in the future.”
