Four teams went home with victories in the first qualifying round of the Champions League

The first five games were played last night for the first qualifying round of the Champions League.

In all five matches, the host celebrated as four visiting teams went home full of nets. Celtic defeated Iceland’s Reykjavik 6-0, Zvezda beat Gibraltar Europe 5-0, Azerbaijan’s Qarabag beat Macedonia’s Sileks 4-0, while Belarus’ Dinamo from Brest and Kazakhstan’s Astana played a nine-goal match (6-3 for Dynamo).

In the only remaining match, with a minimum of 1:0, the Polish Legion was better than the Northern Irish Linfield.

12 new matches of the first qualifying round will be played today.

UE Engordany lost 1-3 in the only match that was played in Europa League qualifying round, against Zeta. The second match Lincoln – Prishtina was postponed.

Qarabag 4 – 0 Sileks

Legia 1- 0 Linfield

Dynamo Brest 6 -3 FC Astana

Celtic 6 – 0 KR Reykjavik

Crvena zvezda 5 – 0 Europa FC

Europa League

Lincoln – Prishtina – postponed
