Zinchenko curled in an unstoppable shot to maintain the Ukraine unbeaten streak of 12 games

Ukraine got its League A campaign off to a good start as saw off semi-finalists in 2019 Switzerland.

After Ruslan Malinovskyi hit the post, Andriy Yarmolenko back-heeled into the opener for Ukraine after debutant Oleksandr Tymchyk did a strong work after the visitors had started the brighter.

Just before the break with a rocket of a shot Haris Seferović hauled the Swiss level and early in the second half the visitors hit the post themselves through Ruben Vargas.

As Oleksandr Zinchenko curled in an unstoppable shot to extend the unbeaten streak of his side to 12 games, it was, however, to be the night of Ukraine and they won it in some style.
