Genoa has strengthened their squad with the loan acquisitions of Davide Zappacosta and Marko Pjaca, ahead of the new Serie A season.
Davide Zappacosta and Marko Pjaca have joined Genoa on loan from Chelsea and Juventus respectively.
Having sustained a torn anterior cruciate ligament injury, Zappacosta, 28, spent the last term with Roma in Serie A but only made nine league appearances.
In 2016 Winger Pjaca, 25, signed a five-year deal with Juventus coming from Dinamo Zagreb.
The Croatian has, however, struggled to establish himself in the first team of the Bianconeri – with whom he last played a Serie A game in March 2017.
After stints with Schalke, Fiorentina, and Anderlecht, his spell at Genoa will be his latest loan away from the club.
