Daily Star journalist Paul Brown tweeted that Willian had already cleared his medical attention to Arsenal.
Willian was linked to a move to the Arsenal and left Chelsea this summer after his contract with the Blues ran out.
ESPN claimed earlier this month that Brazil International – which can act as an attacker or a winger – would move to the Gunners on a free transfer.
With the North London outfit, the 32-year-old would sign a contract worth £ 100,000 a week the report added.
The 32-year-old had passed his medical care to the Gunners, claimed a well-known and respected journalist, Brown, on Twitter.
In April 2020 former Arsenal Ace Paul Merson on Skysports.com described Willian as “world-class” who would make the Gunners even stronger and more powerful in attacking and enhance Mikel Arteta ‘s chances of finishing in the top four of the Premier League table next season.
The Brazilian scores goals and creates chances, and his playing style and work ethic would be the same as the Arsenal player under Arteta.
It is remarkable that Arsenal is reportedly about to provide the services of such a brilliant footballer with a free transfer.
