The new away number is also of that barcode design-while Albion will wear yellow and green on the road for the first time in the top flight since 2002-03. And also revealed that they have modernized the classic ‘barcode’ design for the home strip 2020-21, which was again produced by Puma manufacturers.
Certainly, the kit was worn by Albion as an air of the strip worn ten years before that when they attained Division One promotion with a final Wembley play-off win over Port Vale.
The kit on was revealed on their social media channel by Albion on Saturday morning, with Jake Livermore, Baggies skipper modeling the new cloth, along with green shorts –replacing the club’s yellow socks and the yellow worn last season.
