New head coach has been appointed at Valencia for a two-year contract and to reveal the name he is former Watford coach Javi Gracia.
This season at Valencia, Gracia will hope to lift the club after finishing ninth in LaLiga.
Newly-appointed head coach substituted Voro who served as interim coach, after Albert Celades was sacked last month, in the closing weeks of the LaLiga season.
After the June restart of the campaign, a run of one win in five matches saw Celades dismissed, with sporting director Cesar Sanchez then resigning as well.
As Valencia took seven points from their remaining six matches, results under Voro-formerly assistant to Celades-improved only marginally.
Hence, the club moved to appoint Gracia, who was the last working at Watford, instead.
Previously the 50-year-old has also coached Osasuna and Rubin Kazan and led Watford to the 2018-19 FA Cup final but was sacked early last September in a campaign that ended with the Premier League’s relegation to the Hornets.
