Tottenham in talks of Son Heung-min’s contract extension. The club is confident of reaching an agreement with the 28-year-old midfielder.
As Son has changed his agent negotiations have slowed down and communication on the matter will resume soon as well as the South Korean player will sign a contract with a salary of around £200,000 per week, reports The Telegraph.
Thus, the salary of the player, who currently receives £150,000 per week, will increase by around 25%.
The signing of new contracts with Son and forward Harry Kane is said to be the main aim of Spurs president Daniel Levy.
The current contract of the South Korean national team player with the club expires in 2023.
