The Ligue 1 champions suffered defeats back-to-back and after a brawl against Marseille, Thomas Tuchel head coach of Paris Saint-Germain said he was not happy with the reaction of his players.
“I’m not angry at all, the difficulty is to separate the result from the performance,” Tuchel told Telefoot.
“In the last three minutes, I haven’t enjoyed our reaction. I don’t agree with it, it has been so much. I’m going to suffer from that reaction.”
Since 1978-79 without scoring for the second time, PSG lost their first two Ligue 1 season games in the history of the club.
Tuchel added: “I don’t like the result. We had a nice game, a great performance.”
“I’m really happy with my team’s efforts. If we keep playing like that, we’ll win all the games. I’m very glad.”
“Not to score is not usual for us. We need to get back to this match context. We do have excellent statistics. It was a great game. I’m not worried at all. As a coach, I’m happy. We do need players; we’ve got a really small squad.”
