This way Chelsea will lineup against Arsenal for Premier League

On Wednesday, Chelsea will host Arsenal for the Premier League London derby at Stamford Bridge, looking to avenge their loss to the Gunners earlier in the season. Arsenal held their slim European hopes alive by beating West Bromwich Albion 3-1, while Thomas Tuchel’s hosts are all but assured of a top-four finish after a 2-1 win over champions-elect Manchester City last time out. Here’s everything to know about Chelsea and Arsenal lineup and prediction for the upcoming Premier League match.

Chelsea lineup: Mendy; Azpilicueta, Zouma, Rudiger; James, Jorginho, Kante, Chilwell; Ziyech, Mount; Havertz

With an eye on this weekend’s FA Cup final with Leicester, Thomas Tuchel will continue to rotate Chelsea from Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Manchester City.

Despite Andreas Christensen’s absence, Thiago Silva is unlikely to be included here, he did not play against Cty as well.

Jorginho, Mason Mount, and Ben Chilwell may all be present to play against Arsenal in midweek.

Arsenal lineup: Leno; Chambers, Holding, Gabriel, Tierney; Partey, Elneny; Pepe, Odegaard, Aubameyang; Lacazette

On Wednesday night, Tierney, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Martin Odegaard, and Thomas Partey could all return to the starting XI against London rivals Chelsea.

Hector Bellerin and Calum Chambers are competing for the right-back spot in midweek.

Alexandre Lacazette, who has just recently returned from injury, may not be ready to play just yet.

Chelsea is sitting in the third position in the table with three games remaining after beating Manchester City and seeing West Ham lose over the weekend.

In the last ten Premier League games, the Gunners have lost only two matches, but they appear to underachieve and lose points on the road.

The Gunners have gone undefeated in their last three encounters with Chelsea, but this will be their first encounter with Thomas Tuchel. It’s difficult to see them extending their winning streak in this game.

From here on out, Arteta will be scrutinized after an underwhelming score, but the Spaniard’s side could simply be overwhelmed by Chelsea’s depth and tenacious defense, so we can only back the hosts to win comfortably.

Our Prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Arsenal
