Thiago Silva considers signing a new contract at PSG

Thiago Silva, a defender of Paris Saint-Germain, would like to stay in the French capital. 

The Brazilian center-back contract expires this month and he has been linked with a return to Serie A in recent weeks.

PSG meets Bayern Munich in Lisbon on Sunday and after the Champions League Final, the 35-year-old captain expects to negotiate his future with Les Parisiens.

“Destiny is in our hands. The club is turning 50 and this is the last year of my contract,” he told the website of the club. 

“I gave everything I could. If I can keep playing with the club, we’ll discuss that and make the best decision.”
