Stefano Pioli: Milan’ plays with confidence

Stefano Pioli states after the 2-0 win over Bologna, that Milan ‘plays with confidence’ and individuals develop when ‘the team works.’

The Rossoneri won 2-0 against Shamrock Rovers in the Europa League and Serie A with Bologna, both competitive games they have played this season.

“When a team is in good shape mentally, the legs and body go along with the mind,” Pioli told Sky Sport Italia.

“We did well against a very aggressive, intense opponent, and I thought up until the second goal we were doing very well, creating chances and pressing. There are areas where we need to improve once we’ve taken the lead.”
