Head coach of Manchester United, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer expressed his views how he sees his team in the long term.
“Of course, we look at Manchester United through the prism of history. It’s a team that wants to attack. We want to be fast and have speedy players in the squad. Players like these will help to create problems for an opponent who defends well against us,” he told The Athletic.
“More and more teams are playing low. We want to be the ones who crush our opponents. I think that in the match against Everton we showed what kind of team we can be.”
“So we do not want to be defined by the same style of play. We want players to show their individual qualities. Of course, we want to dominate. So we are working on it. Players are making progress.”
The team is currently ranked 13th in the EPL, with 13 points after 8 matches.
