Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer suggested that Paul Pogba could be on track with a new contract.
The Norwegian has indicated Pogba is going to remain at the club for an extended time.
“What Paul said before was said. It has been a pleasure since he came back from injury,” Solskjaer told the media.
“He’s very hard-working, he’s happy and he’s doing well. We can see Paul’s finest over the next couple of seasons, I’m confident in it. And I look forward to watching him develop alongside this squad.”
“He’s going to have to be one of the leaders, one of the key personalities because he’s only getting to his best time as a 27-year-old footballer. I’m really happy to work more closely with him.”
