Shaw on winning over Milan: it is always useful to have a top-level player like Paul Pogba

Defender Luke Shaw has shared his reactions after Manchester United surpassed AC Milan in the return leg of the Europa League 1/8 final (1-0, game one 1-1).

Shaw said to BBC that of course, they are happy to go on. he’ll be honest and the lads will agree that they didn’t look quite great, in the first half they were terrible at all.

“We started pretty good for the first 10-15 minutes, we possessed the ball, but then it looked like we switched off. We started to lose the ball, put ourselves under pressure, but luck was on our side.”

“As for the second half, it is always useful to have a top-level player like Paul Pogba. He decided the outcome of the match today. But we know we have to play better.”
