In January Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Romero wants to leave the club.
The goalkeeper has been ruled out of United’s lineup for the EPL and Champions League, but he is training at the club’s base and is in good form.
There has been interest in the Argentine from Inter Miami, but the club is not prepared to replicate the wages Romero receives at United (around £100,000 a week).
According to The Athletic, the 33-year-old goalkeeper is ready to leave the club and is in talks with a Spanish side he could join on loan until his contract with United expires.
Romero could have moved to Everton on loan at the end of the summer transfer window, but Man Utd rejected the offer as they did not want to strengthen a rival.
