Sergio Agüero is coronavirus positive

Sergio Agüero, Manchester City striker has admitted that he has tested positive for the coronavirus.

“After close contact [with a coronavirus sick person] I have self-isolated. The last COVID-19 test I took was positive,” Agüero tweeted.

“I had some symptoms and I am following my doctor’s orders to get better. Take care!” 

Having been bothered by a knee injury in the second half of last year the Argentine has only played five matches this season in the EPL.
