Rüdiger and Kepa clashed during Chelsea training

Defender Antonio Rüdiger and goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga had a clash at Chelsea’s training session, states The Guardian.

After a clash with the Spaniard, the German was sent off early on a game episode. The players began to shove each other and were pulled apart by their teammates.

Rüdiger later apologised to both Kepa and Blues head coach Thomas Tuchel.

Suffering their first defeat under Tuchel, Chelsea lost heavily at home to West Bromwich (2-5) on Saturday.

Rüdiger and Kepa were on the bench at that game.
