Ronald Koeman: I enjoy coaching Messi and can’t see him in another club’s shirt

Ronald Koeman, Barcelona head coach has replied to a question about whether forward Lionel Messi will stay with the team.

“I’m not sure about that. Yes, I hope so because he is still a great player and still wins matches for us, for the team,” Koeman told The Athletic.

“I enjoy coaching him. To see his qualities in training every day is incredible.”

“He came to Barcelona as a little kid. I still can’t imagine him in another club’s shirt.”
