The legendary goalkeeper suffered a heart attack at Porto’s training after that he was forced to retire from football in 2019.
After celebrating a new title with this team, it was time to return to Spain and Real Madrid.
In 2015 Casillas left the club and went to Porto. He will become an advisor to Florentino Perez on his return to the club this summer after five years.
Real president offered a job to Casillas and the 39-year-old agreed to return which made all the Real fans happy.
Casillas won absolutely every possible trophy in his career, playing as many as 725 games for Real from 1999 to 2015.
