Earling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe have been linked with Real Madrid ahead of the summer transfer deadline, but it is unclear if the club has the financial means to close a deal in the coming months.
Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has confirmed that signing Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Braut Haaland over Paris Saint-Kylian Germain’s Mbappe will be “easier.”
If Mbappe may not sign a new contract before the 2021-22 season, PSG will be forced to sell him and Haaland’s contract has a termination clause.
Ramos wants both players to join the Spanish champions but argues that a contract for Haaland will be easier.
“I would like them both to come, but if one of them were to come, it would be easier to sign Haaland,” Ramos told Ibai Llanos on Twitch.
“With Mbappe the economic circumstances are more difficult. Haaland wouldn’t be bad because of his hunger for goals, his size, his speed. It would be easier to reach an agreement for Haaland.”
