Injury-hit Leeds United suffered a 1-4 loss to Arsenal in their English Premier League (EPL) match. During this match, however, a spectator made racist remarks towards Arsenal players. The Gunners manager Mikel Arteta has complained to the authorities. With this win, Arsenal is fourth on the points table with 32 points.
Leeds, who lost to Manchester City last Tuesday, had only nine senior players before the match due to injuries, while Jack Harrison was also injured before the first half. Earlier, Gabriel Martinelli gave Leeds United the lead in the 16th minute with a pass from Alexandre Lacazette. Martinelli then scored another goal from Granit Xhaka in the 28th minute of the football match. Then shortly before the end of the first half, Bukayo Saka made a shot from the center of the box in the 42nd minute and it was declared a goal by a VAR review. Thus Arsenal took a 3-0 lead with Leeds in the first half.
In the second half, Leeds tried to reduce the lead and Raphinha scored a penalty goal to make the score 3-1. However, Smith Rowe scored for Arsenal at the end of the match after scoring a goal from Martin Odegaard to give the team a 4–1 lead. Arsenal maintained this lead till the last minute and won the match.
