Paris Saint-Germain is said to have made an opening offer of £19 m for Porto’s Alex Telles.
The versatile Brazilian is out of contract with Porto at the end of the 2021-22 season, who is capable of playing on the left side of the defense or in the center.
PSG is said to be the favorite to sign the defender and the Portuguese outfit is said to be willing to cash in on the 27-year-old rather than see Telles leave for free when his contract runs out next summer.
The French champions have made a conditional bid of £19 m to the Brazilian International, which has recorded eight goals and five assists in Portugal’s top flight this season, According to A Bola.
Chelsea was believed to be another possible destination for the left-back, but Frank is said to have prioritized the signing of Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell after conceding the loss of the PSG in the Telles battle.
Telles has scored 21 times in 183 outings in all Porto competitions since coming from the Turkish Galatasaray giants in 2016.
