Philippe Coutinho is an excess to requirements at Camp Nou

With the outbreak of coronavirus, Barcelona is reportedly preparing to offer Premier League clubs nine first-team players, as the Spanish champions deal.

This summer Catalan Giants are unlikely to be able to spend big on recruiting new players with swap deals expected to take place instead, conceded Vice-president of the Catalan outfit, Jordi Cardoner.

Barca has informed Premier League clubs that nine players, including Antoine Griezmann, will be available during the Transfer window this summer, according to the Daily Star.

As the Catalan Giants apparently lined up a move for Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan, Griezmann was previously linked to Manchester United.

The report claims that they have also made available Luis Suarez, Ousmane Dembele, Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal, Samuel Umtiti, Nelson Semedo, and Sergi Roberto.

It is also alleged that Philippe Coutinho is surplus to requirements at Camp Nou, with Brazil International, currently on loan at Bayern Munich, being linked to Chelsea, Man United and Newcastle United likes.

The head coach Quique Setien has recently admitted that a deal was unlikely for the attacker from Paris Saint-Germain where the Spanish champions were also linked to a big-money move for Neymar.
