Pepe Reina’s loan agreement is supposed to expire in June and that’s when he will leave Aston Villa.
The former Liverpool player has specified that his playing days could be over in the next few years. He has made six Premier League appearances on Dean Smith’s side since AC Milan’s loan.
“After the Aston Villa loan, I’ve got to go back. I think it will be tough. I have 1-2 years left in my career. I think my time in football will end after next year in Milan. You never know in the future, but as a player, I won’t have a chance. As a coach, who knows.” Reina said in his Instagram live session.
