Pep Guardiola about game with Liverpool: I am proud of my players

Pep Guardiola head coach of Manchester City talked after the 8th round of the EPL match against Liverpool.

“It was a busy game. We had a hard time in the first minutes of the match because they had 4 players on attack. Mane and Salah played between the lines, but then we adapted and got more control,” said Guardiola to BBC after the game.

“Their game and our response to it were incredible. I am very proud of my players.”

“Today, the result of the match determined what they scored with a penalty and we didn’t realize ours.”
