Pedro will not play for Chelsea anymore after his shoulder surgery

Ahead of a move to Roma, Pedro underwent surgery on his shoulder, and will not be appearing again for Chelsea.

The Spain winger announced on social media that before making his long-mooted move to Roma his operation had been successful.

When a substitute in Arsenal’s final loss of the Blues’ 2-1 FA Cup the 33-year-old played on the weekend and he landed badly on his right knee.

The last-16 second leg of Chelsea’s Champions League tie at Bayern Munich on Saturday will be missed by Pedro before leaving Stamford Bridge.
