Paulo Fonseca: Roma couldn’t cope with Milan’s high pressing

“We started the game very badly, mainly because we couldn’t cope with Milan’s high pressing when going from defense to attack through a pass. We failed in the first 20 minutes and that’s always fraught with problems in a match against an opponent like Milan,” said Fonseca at the press conference.

“Then we got better, the game was much more equal and we created a lot of chances. But the first 20 minutes didn’t go well.”
