Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard is placed in isolation after he tested positive for coronavirus, according to French Football Team Account Equipe de France.
With the French under-21s, the Hoops star is currently on international duty but will miss the qualifying games against Liechtenstein and Slovakia.
The Covid-19 test was carried out by the UEFA on Edouard returned to be positive, while all the other tests carried out on the entire delegation, staff members, and other players were negative.
After that, the Celtic striker was sidelined from the group, and another test could be performed as the first could be a false positive.
This summer the 22-year-old had been forced to leave Parkhead after their shocking loss to the Hungarian Minnow Ferencvaros in the second round of the Champions League in August.
That didn’t happen, however, for the 10th consecutive Scottish Premiership title this term now he’s looking to fire Celtic.
