A new web series about Hotspur is going to air on Amazon platform and Jose Mourinho confirmed he will not watch Tottenham’s 2019-20 season‘s latest series.
The Hotspur manager revealed his annoyance with cameras’ interference throughout the recording.
The 22-second teaser for Amazon series named “All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur” was released on Friday, reflecting on Mourinho’s arrival at the club last November to replace Mauricio Pochettino as the head coach.
In addition to matchdays, Amazon producers had unparalleled exposure to the club’s training facilities, and Mourinho decided to speak out ahead of Sunday’s north London derby against Arsenal, although the 57-year-old had previously remained silent regarding the interference.
“At the time, I try to forget about them,” he added (via ESPN). “If you ask me, it’s something I like, no. I don’t like the idea of being in ‘Big Brother,’ I’ve been trying to avoid it and I guess I’ve been able to manage it for much of the time.”
“I don’t really know what’s there. I’m not worried, it is just … nothing is fake, everything is true. This would be amazing for them, as they have 24 hours of what a football team is, a locker room, day by day. So, they have it all, so, so true. Nobody was acting for it. It’s just the way things are.”
“I’m going to watch it? No, no I’m not. I don’t want to do it. Also because I know better than anyone what ’s going on here every day, but I think it’s going to be very, very fascinating for people who love football, love sport, and I think it’ll be great for them.”
