Arsenal seeks to get deals done before the transfer deadline of Monday but manager Mikel Arteta says they are facing a ‘crucial moment’ in its season.
“I think it’s a critical moment because the end [of the window] defines the people, the players, the consistency and the standard you’re going to get for the rest of the season, potentially,” the Arsenal boss said.
“So in the next three days, we need to make some choices. All was so delayed, I suppose. Thanks to the context we are in at the moment, it is not only us but potentially any team as well.”
“We’re trying to try to make the best possible choices, because by the end of the day, whatever we have, we’re going to be completely convinced and prepared for a good season.”
