Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has reviewed his side’s 3-1 win over Leicester in round 26 of the EPL.
“Considering the level of the opposition, the players deserved praise for what they did today. I am really proud of them,” said Arteta to BBC.
“Before this match I was concerned about the tight schedule. But let’s not talk about tiredness.”
“Leicester become one of the most dangerous teams in the league if they go forward. We reacted really well to that conceded goal and the team looked really mature. We played really well.”
“Pepe plays very stable, that’s what we expect from him. He creates chances and I am very happy with him.”
“We are unacceptably low in the table. We need to improve greatly. The only way to do that is to win.”
