Messi made an 11-meter 100th penalty for Barcelona

A penalty was made by Barcelona forward Lionel Messi in the Champions League match with Juventus.

Mundo Deportivo reports that this 11-meter became the 100th in the career of the Argentinean in the club.

From all of them, 78 were realized, in 21 cases he missed and once instead of hitting gave an assist to striker Luis Suarez. 

In the 2007/08 season, Messi hit the first penalty. This 11-meter mark in the match with Juventus was the 17th for the striker in European competitions, out of which he realized 14.
