Atletico Madrid forward Luis Suarez is trying a way out of the club with a shock return to Liverpool at the end of the season. Earlier, Luis Suarez was linked to a Liverpool transfer couple of weeks ago. It is noted that the Uruguayan international has drained physically with Atletico boss Diego Simone’s style of football and has a difficult relationship with the Argentine, according to TodoFichajes.
Last September the 34-year-old left Barcelona to join Atletico and for the capital giants, he has been in excellent form this season, scoring 19 times in 32 appearances in all competitions.
Luis Suarez is contemplating a Liverpool transfer although his current contract expires next June.
The South American moved to Atletico on a two-year deal has scored 19 goals in 32 appearances this season for Simeone’s side which sits on top of the table.
Inter Miami has also reported interest in Suarez to sign him for MSL but the striker would encourage talks with Liverpool. The Atleti striker is expected to replace Salah at Liverpool
Before joining Barcelona the four-time LaLiga winner spent six seasons at Liverpool scoring 82 goals in 133 appearances for the Reds in the year between 2011 and 2014. The Uruguayan would be open to a second spell on Merseyside, although it is unclear whether Jurgen Klopp would find room for Suarez in his team.
