BBC reports, Manchester City has chosen to market Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sane.
In a contract that could go up to £ 54.8 m, Germany international will serve the champions of the Bundesliga for a nominal sum of about £44.7 m.
In 2016 for £37 m, Sane joined City from Schalke and has won two club championships in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old won the last term a domestic treble but missed a lot of this season out with a knee injury, he was the main component on the side of the City.
Although he is unable to play this season for Bayern in the Champions League, the player is now expected to fly to Germany and finish the move over the next 24 hours.
It is understood that Sane will not return to City and has played his final match for the club.
City has also negotiated a sell-on clause of 10 % with the fee representing their largest-ever outgoing transfer deal.
Bayern’s annual wages are reported to £ 20 m and City is nowhere close to match the amount.
